I had a cruise booked direct with RC which we did during our last cruise a few weeks ago. The cruise was to New Zealand on Dec 1st. I contacted Sharon from Deluxe Travel & Cruise and we got almost the same balcony cabin on the same cruise for almost $1200 less than RC. I was blown away.
